I am in love with my wedding invitations, they are so beautiful and unique. After seeing a friend` s invitation I inquired where he purchased such interesting cards. This began my invitation process. I started by buying some samples then some more sample. That is when I found my perfect invitation. My colors are champagne, gold and chocolate, these were exactly what I wanted, ornate with strong paper, they definitely had a wow factor. The process for ordering was quick, I had all my pages of text written on word documents and just sent them via email, they had the first proofs in less then a week. This was really fast. A few more back and forth emails with changes and I had the perfect invitation. After the final proofs were agreed on it was less then 2 weeks and I received my order. Hi,
Overall I was very impressed by the quality of the cards and the designs available. Your website is easy to navigate and the close up views of the cards, accesories available, script and font choices etc. is handy. Being able to get samples first and then apply the cost to the final order is a great way of seeing what the card looks like up close. The whole proofing process went smoothly and the corrections I requested were dealt with in a very efficient manner. Also once the final order was placed, it was good to have the tracking number so I knew when to expect the parcel. In my particular case, the RSVP cards were not included with the main package, but once I alerted your company that this was missing, the cards were sent to me soon with no problem.
I will definetly recommend your company to my friends here as you put the needs of the customer first.

I would like to take this opportunity to provide some feedback for your service. The cards are beautiful and the shipping package was well done so that it could get to my house without any issues. The ability to receive samples in a few days was also very beneficial and allowed us to pick the card we wanted. Also, your ability to fill our needs was very much appreciated - these included the ability to use cream colored envelopes and cards, printing on envelopes, and using self-sealing.
Overall, your service and value was very good and I will be recommending your company to others.
