Q-1 How to order for the samples?
The samples can be ordered online at the site itself.
The process for ordering is as follows:
- Select an appropriate category to browse through the catalogues based on your delivery destination.
- Select the price range and pattern of the cards.
- Select cards into your Sample cart by clicking on ‘add to sample cart’ button beside each card.
- Repeat the process till you have done all the selection
- Click on ‘ View and order your selected sample cards’ button on the top of the page for ordering samples.
- Check and Compare all the items and delete unwanted cards or other items and click on ‘Order for Samples’
- Select country and mode of payment.
- Provide shipping address and other details and click on ‘Next button’
- Check up everything –like shipping address is correct or not, the phone no. etc. and in case of problem
correct them and then click on ‘Click here to pay’ button.
- Provide credit card details and then click on the ‘submit’ button.
- Once the payment is approved the samples will be delivered within the stipulated time.
Q-2 Can I order for samples before I place the actual bulk order?
A- Yes! You definitely can order for samples.
Sample cost for overseas order— 2 US$ if the sample is of General cards and 5 US$ for designer card plus the actual shipment cost, which may range from 13US$ to 20 US$ per ˝ Kg. Online Payment, to be made at the site with the order. (Master and Visa card accepted). You can get approximately 5-6 cards in the ˝ kg weight.
Q-3 What will happen to the sample cost, if I place an order or don’t place the order at all? Is my sample cost refundable or adjustable?
The sample cost will be adjusted with the actual amount of the bulk order i.e. the sample cost will be deducted from the total billing amount if the bulk order is placed with us.
We are sorry but the sample cost will not be refunded to you if you don’t place the order with us.
Q–4 What all do I get in a sample card?

A sample card includes:

Main card (the main design that you see on the site).

Matching envelope

A loose interleaf to print the text on or insert(s) as the case may be.
Q-5 what is the minimum time of delivery for the sample order?
Overseas delivery time is 4 to 6 days and the delivery time within India is 1to 3 days.

Are there any printing services provided by the site?
Yes we do provide all sorts of printing services ranging from multi-colored offset, silkscreen, leaf printing, die embossing and die cutting. All the services are in-house and are backed by a team of professional designing unit. The printing services are excellent and totally customized.
Q-7 How do I send my desired wordings or text for the card? What is the proof procedure? Are there any font choices for the wordings? Where can I find sample text and symbols at the site?
You can send the wordings in the form of a word file and then the proof will be sent in form of jpg. files as It would be done in 2-3 different font styles and appropriate symbols will be used (you can choose the theme as bride and groom picture, Ganeshji picture etc.) You can then suggest changes and alterations as required and we will re-send the proofs. Only after getting your final approval, we go for printing. You can also select appropriate text for your card and related symbols from the links specified below:
